Madinah
First No Makkah Hotel
1. Round-Trip Airfare
(NY –-> Jeddah–-> NY in Economy Class). Airlines will
be Royal Jordan, Saudi Airline, Air France and Turkish Airline
2. Accomodation in
Madinah from 02 Zil Hajj (approx Nov 19) to 05 Zil Hajj . 2 to 3 nights
in Madinah 5 star hotel Ramada Al Qibla facing haram.
3. Visit to Historical
places in Madinah
4. Add US$ 299 per person per extra night in Medina if you want to stay
2 or 3 extra days before start of Hajj.
5. On 5th of Zil
Hajj we will move to Azizia Building in Makkah which is 8km from Haram.
From 5th Zil Hajj (approx Nov 22) to 8th Zil Hajj. From 9th Zil Hajj to
13th Zil Hajj we will be staying in VIP tents next to Jamarat to perform
manasik of Hajj.
6. Accomodation
in Mina and Arafat in air-conditioned furnished tents facing Al Jamarah
with open buffet breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinks, fresh fruit refreshments
available 24 hours.
7. December 1st
you will depart for your country.
8. New model air-conditioned
private buses for the 5 days of Hajj.
9. If you want a
side trip to Pakistan please add US$ 700 to this package.
Note:
Due to law changes
in Saudi Hajj Ministry we are facing some accomodation probleim in Makkah
and Medina. That is why we are staying in Azizia 8 kilometers from Haram
for 3 nights, 24 hour bus service will be provided from Azizia to Haram.

REQUIREMENTS
FOR HAJJ VISA
1.Certificate
of Vaccinations
Meningitis Vaccination Certificate is required.
2.Copy of
Marriage Certificate
This certificate is necessary for the traveling married couple and MUST
be notarized.
3.Copy of
Birth Certificate for each child traveling
Make sure to get a notarized copy for each child accompanying you.
4.Mahram
Support Letter
All ladies above the age of 45 traveling alone will need to obtain a letter
of support from either a husband, brother or father simply stating that
permission has been granted for the lady in question to go for Hajj. Ensure
that the lady signs, her mahram signs, as well as two witnesses.
5.Proof of
Conversion to Islam/Status in Islam
Muslims with "non-Islamic names" must obtain written proof of
their Islamic faith from the director of their mosque or Islamic center.
CONCERNING
YOUR PASSPORT
1.Valid passport
for at least six (6) months beyond travel date. Check your expiration
date now.
2.Five (6) passport-sized
photos with white background. Full names and passport number/country must
be written on the back of each picture in pencil.
3.If permenant resident
please submit copy of Green card.
4.US re-entry permit/travel
document or copy of Green Card for non-US citizens.
5.If you are traveling
beyond Saudi Arabia please make sure that you have a visa for that country.
6.Send one (1) CASHIER'S
CHECK for $274.40 USD per each person. Make them each payable to The Unified
Agent Office (Remember, that's one check per person).
